Too often members try to manage workplace issues by themselves and only come to us when that approach has failed. Don’t wait until it’s an emergency. It is much harder for us to help you if you come to us at such a late stage. We are also unlikely to be able to find a rep to accompany you to formal meetings if you give us very short notice.
