Palestine Teaching Resources

The Palestine Solidarity Working Group has prepared a powerpoint slide deck to explain and engage students in discussion around Palestine protests at the University. You can download the full deck here (note that you don’t need to sign up or log in).

These teaching resources have been co-produced by the University of Nottingham UCU branch and the student group Nottingham Camp for the Liberation of Palestine (NCLP). They draw on and contextualise NCLP’s staff–student research report, The University of Nottingham’s Complicity in the Illegal Occupation and Genocide of the Palestinian People (2024)

The resources are deliberately stackable: each slide set and topic can be used on its own or combined with others, giving teachers flexibility in how they approach the material. Colleagues are encouraged to adapt the resources to their own teaching contexts and subject areas. You can download each topic by clicking on the adjacent image.
